I've lived alongside Vine Street  for about 8 years and this White Castle is consistently the most reliable and expedient fast food restaurant along all of vine street and/or Route 4. Fast, friendly service...hot food...short wait times. I love this place and everyone working there deserves a raise! It isn't fair for corporate to get bonuses on top of their extremely cushy pay while those doing the actual work and giving the actual customer service receive so little.  Give them all raises! For the last 8 years living on this street they are the only reliable fast food restaurant. They worked hard for that. Give them raises or maybe we should boycott! They deserve it!  For those who can't read between the lines, this is a great spot regardless of what others say. I live down the street and come here often and have yet to be disappointed. Give your people a raise, God knows corporate isn't in there handling the day to day so corporate shouldn't take another bonus until workers are given a fair share. Just my two cents but I used to be a manager in a different industry so maybe what I say holds water.

This place was just horrible.  The drive thru speaker wasn't working, you couldn't hear anyone to take our order and had to pull up to the window and then the person was rude, which made it worse .  I believe the associates need to be trained better on how to do their jobs, and undergo some customer service training for sure .Food: 3/5

White castle employees are some of the Hardest working folks I've seen. The Coleraine store. That's the closest one to me. Food is always FRESH.  AND THERE A ALWAY THANK YOU AND HAVE A good Day.Food: 5/5

Every time I come to this location; regardless of what time it is I ask for impossible sliders or the veggie sliders and they say “……we’re out….” I’ve come here at 10am, 2 pm, 7pm and 11pm on various days of the month and they are ALWAYS out. I talked to some workers and they told me “honestly…we don’t like making them because we have to make them on a separate grill…so we just say we are out”. I even told them I’m fine with waiting and they stick with the “oh….no we’re out..” story. Please tell your workers that if it’s on the menu and they have them they need to make them. This is wrong for employees to lie and make excuses just because “they don’t feel like it”.

Service was horrible. Food was terrific. The employees were too busy partying on company time to care about serving people.

Food was awful also! Being that burgers are now half of more than 7.00 they cheated me out of burger! Hot chocolate was watery it was just plain Ole awfulFood: 1/5

Finally after more than twenty years I was able to enjoy freshly made White Castle . And yes it was worth it

I ate here this morning and am now hugging the porcelain toilet and trash can.  If you want to lose a few pounds eat here.  I told my daughter my food didn’t taste fresh and was hard but I kept eating it now I am here feeling like my stomach has fallen to the ground. Think I’ll chill on eating White Castle ‘s.

Good service and was really fast. But I will add there was no wait, just because no one else was there at the time.  Dietary restrictions:  not something to eat if your on a diet period . But hopefully people don&#39;t need to be told this much.

This location has a lot of trash in the lot and along the drive through window. This location looks awful. The owner needs to come inspect the location.Atmosphere: 1/5
