Got a coney crate very disappointed not even close to being a decent warm had quite a few hard pieces of onion like the knot of the onion got cut up and used mustard was literally missing in action and I pulled out one of the hotdogs to look for mustard and noticed the hotdog was just literally like not even on the grill long enough they usually have the lil brown mark on them from the grill and the TASTE IS DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME IT USUALLY IS USUALLY WHEN THEY GET PUT IN THE CRATE OR A CONTAINER THE CHEESE MELTS NOT THESE AT ALL THEY STAYED THE SAME LOOK FROM THE START.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN TASTE AND THE OVERALL PRODUCT BUT THE DRUVE THRU WAS VERY NICE..

Clearly states on their website that they’re open at 10 AM arrived at about 1:15 in the afternoon walked in was told sorry we’re close you’ll have to leave and come back after three. However, the drive-through was running at full speed drove from springboro because the Franklin location is honestly horrible, apparently the store falls in right behind not only did it say they’re open 10 to 10 check the website said they were open at that hour before driving 20 minutes from Springboro ports juice of a restaurant and please do not use Covid as an excuse, this is getting to be a very lame excuse in the restaurant industry. Yes, we’re still in a pandemic, however, that doesn’t mean you can provide bad service and open and close as you please

Gold star has officially lost the coney war to skyline hardly any chilli less cheese then ever glad I got an extra one cus barely anything on it horrible will go to skyline for coneys from now on completely disappointed used to love gold star but now they have lost there way

Why is it on your website that you open at 10am Monday thru Saturday but when I drive all the way up there I am told you don't open till 11am? It also has you open for orders on Doordash at 10am.Food: 3/5

Typically the service is amazing. But today I sat down and the server placed a placemat in front of me. He asked how he was doing, not me. Then rushed me to order. Someone else brought out my drink and food, I am not even sure that he works here. Because he was wearing gym shorts, and a hoodie.

The 2 all the way conveys I git were not hot. Sad for a place of awesome food serve cold food disappointed.

Staff always seems confused but good food and the manager was extremely nice.

I ordered chili cheese fries and what i received was just more cheese than actual chili.. for $6 what a rip off.
