I go here for bible study with a family friend. The crew here is awesome and super sweet! Quality of food is yummy and fresh! The crew is always smiling and they greet us right when we come in the door! The place is always clean and looks nice!Food: 5/5

Came here for dinner not even an hour ago. Making this review before I even eat my food. We ordered a pot pie and a 3 piece chicken, they were out of original chicken. So I didn't get exactly what I wanted but it's whatever, I ordered an extra biscuit as well as an extra side. We were asked to upgrade our drink and said sure, also asked to donate money we said sure. Got home and they forget the biscuit we paid for and we donated money and they didn't have the chicken we asked for!!! Ridiculous.

Absolute WORST kfc. We ordered in the drive thru 5 piece, bowl, fries and a drink waited for 30 minutes  in the parking lot .  Finally get our  Food make it home and they forgot the bowl, the thing that I think would take the most time.  No one is answering the phone so we drive all the way backup there and the manager is completely rude. She wanted to see a receipt even though we never got one still had the bag and the charge that we could show them on our card. After some frustration back-and-forth they did wind up giving us the food but we will not be back.

I had to go into the restaurant to pick up my online order, No drive through pickup allowed. Food was not ready on time, even after being rejected from the drive through.Food: 5/5

This review is for the young lady at the window. Her name is Layla. She is so sweet. She is always so pleasant when me and my family visit this KFC.  We went through the drive thru. She's respectful and works good under pressure. She is definitely a keeper. We need more people like her. 5 stars for Layla. Customer service goes a long way and keeps the customers coming back lol. Oh BTW the food was good too.

I'm only giving it the two stars because of how friendly the drive thru person was. The food was AWFUL, for the prices of food now days the food should be what you pay for. Unfortunately it was the worst ever, don't know what happened to Kfc it no longer brings the satisfaction you used to get in the past.

Food was over cooked,  waited over 20 minutes in line... they were more worried about door dash orders, then customers physically at the store.Food: 1/5

Took 30 minutes to get my food through the drive thru, said they were waiting on biscuits so we pulled around to wait. 4 other cars were served as we waited so we went in to check and they said they’re now waiting on chicken. Awful customer service.

Worst KFC i have ever seen. I just threw them all without eating. Yuck!!! I never write reviews but today I am forced to write. I would give ZERO star if it is possible. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Hit or miss. Mostly miss. I've had good customer service at this location, just yesterday for example. Today, terrible.. no ice, flat soda, and I found a hair in my chicken little. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
