Great Milkshakes. But that's all I can recommend. Everytime I have gotten food there their is always a problem with it. It's old. Or it's cold. Or the cheese sticks don't have any cheese in them. It's always something. But the milkshakes are the best!.Food: 2/5
Simply put, looked at the web site, compared what a large chicken with Buffalo and compared to mine. I am bringing the scale with me next time. I got charged for a large order and it was at best a small. The tots were cold. Not going back again.
Horrible experience. Waited 15 minutes for our food just to get burnt chicken tenders for my kids, my fries left out of the order, my husbands sandwich made wrong, and only 1 toy for the 2 kids meals I paid for. Also they didnt give me a reciept. Spent $33 and wish I wouldve just stuck to Wendys for $20.
Cold burgers, a rootbeer that is perfectly clear, 20min wait. Threw it all away and just went to McDonald's. What a joke this place should be shut down.Food: 1/5
So this is my second review and the second strike for this location.... aside from the picture I will attach to this post what is with the trend of the ice cream machine not working? I paid for bacon on my sandwich and what I got looked like it was cooked this morning and nuked when I ordered it... Again the customer service is the reason I keep going back BUT part of customer service is doing your job right which is making orders right some of this is just blatently lazy....
I have to say that there was a deal on the corn dogs and that was the reason for the trip, so thank you for that Sonic! Now normally I like to pull into the stall and order that way, but this location had the stalls blocked off so drive thru only. There was quite a bit of cars in the drive thru, but we all moved pretty quick. The food was awesome and we did order various things. I was saddened to see that ice cream was not an option.....but I guess being short staffed has had its affect on them... Great job from the staff that was working!
i went thru and got a drink and mozzarella sticks , i got the wrong food so i called and told them i got the wrong food and was missing my food and they told me to come back . when i pulled thru again i got 4 instead of 6 so i pulled around , again , and the girl in the window gave me attitude and told me that was the second time i got my food . i told her i got the wrong food and she told the other workers that i did , in fact , get the wrong food the first time
Not really "fast" food. The biggest problem is that they need more good help. I won't usually get anything more than drinks here because it just takes too long. When you do finally get service though, the employees are polite and friendly, and that means a lot these days.
Cute fun fast food, always tastes great! About middle of the price range as far as fast food goes.Food: 5/5
Y'all can't be serving people raw chicken. Pregnant people can have still births from food borne illness.
