Great place to bank, true, it is small and sometimes you have to wait a bit but better than the big banks in every other way. I have 2 car loans, our mortgage and an RV loan with great rates and personal service. Support each other and not the rich bankers that steal from us all!

All the tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. They are efficient, but also strive to make personal connections.

Every time I go in there is one teller and a long line. Very frustrating. Everyone complains.

It is horrible. Never even think of applying of a home loan with Golden 1. They let our 17 day contingency expire. Golden 1 is very unreliable. BEWARE STAY AWAY!
