After having a very unsettling experience with my previous bank, U.S bank. I decided to give Schools Credit union a try.  The banker Jenny that helped us was very nice handled all my questions and concerns professionally and with great care.  Switching banks is usually a pain and something most people dread having to do.  I was very satisfied with how fast and smooth it all went and being able to get everything switched to the way I needed it the first time.  I have heard many great things so I decided to give it a go.  I highly recommended them. And will gladly be choosing them for all financial needs moving forward! It's nice to know we still have great organizations in this small community that we can all rely on! Thank you Schools for going above and beyond to satisfy customers needs!

worst bank in the history of banks. Most of the employees seem to be annoyed to be doing their job. They all seem miserable as heck and rush you in and out. I honestly surprised they have 3.5 stars! Avoid this bank!!

Tried to use ATM machine,took my card and then said out of service,couldn't retrieve my card.Don't use the ATM machine at this location ! Called bank ,absolutely no help !

Tried 4-5 times to open online, why it kept rejecting i don't know & no one at Schools was able to tell me. I have dealt with banks & Credit Unions for more years than I care to admit & was moving to Diamond Springs &  I wanted to transfer from a credit union back East that I belonged to for 40+ years but don't think this one will be for me. Too bad Schools you need to improve your online applications!
