Worst bank I have ever had. I was told one thing and it never went thru and now im 113 in the whole with no way to pay it because I can't I got everything changed and now im broke because of this bank. I call to try to get it reversed so i can live ok and now im back to going to food banks ( not a bad thing) and so much more. i cant get what i need and I cant pay it off all in once and it just keeps charging me. All i want to do is close my dam account but i can not do that either. if i could give this bank 0 stars i would. i heard all the nice things about you then i get shity service

This is the nicest group of people you could ask to find, and they happen to work at my bank! If every business had the kind of people that we get to interact with here, all business would be pleasure too. Thank you ladies, for being a bright spot in our community.

It's really immature to be calling "Alicia" out over the internet.Yes she made the mistake of giving your balance to someone but YOU made the mistake of giving someone your account number. YOU NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR ACCT. NUMBER. ( hahaha) Why don't you stop being LAZY and do your transaction in person.Yes, I'm sure "Alicia" learned from her mistake and will never do it again. I'm also sure that you probably took this as high as it could go up the corporate ladder too (it seems like you're one of those).
