I ordered flowers from out of state for Mother's Day. The arrangement I ordered included bold red, yellow, and blue flowers; the arrangement delivered was all white. I understand there is a substitution policy, but the flowers delivered were in no way similar to the types or colors of flowers I had ordered. When I called to ask about this, I was told they had none of the flowers available for the arrangement they had advertised. I said I would have appreciated a call informing me of this before the flowers were delivered, as I would have changed my order to another arrangement. They seemed surprised I would have appreciated a call, saying I was the only person to call and complain all week, and they offered to drive to my mother's house and take away the arrangement they had already delivered. Extremely poor customer service.

Rick saved the day- We spoke 2 days before my wedding, and right after the hurricane- so most florists had turned me away due to not having any fresh flowers delivered. Rick put together a gorgeous bouquet and crown for me, more beautiful than I imagined! Highly recommended

I called from out of state to have flowers delivered to my sister in a hospital in Naples, FL. The lady I spoke with asked how much I wanted to spend I told her around $50. I told her I wanted a small arrangement. She quoted me a price of $66.78 which is more than I wanted to spend and she told me that this arrangement was 25" H X 20" W I told her that was too big. I asked her for a smaller one and she said she had one that was 12" X 16" with the same flowers but fewer of them but the price was still $66.78. I told her how could a smaller arrangement with the same flowers be the same. She said that what the charge was because I asked for a $50 arrangement. Basically, no matter what size or arrangement I chose she was going to charge me $50 plus tax and delivery. I then asked for a specific arrangement on their website and she told me that they only had 2 of those and they were already sold. I told her to forget about the order and to destroy my credit card info and she hung up on me. I hope she didn't charge my card!!

Do not purchase from this shop. I placed an order through this company at 0900 on 14 Feb..obviously its Valentines day and I understand that they could not give me an exact time of delivery. So I called at the end of the day just to confirm if the flowers had been delivered and they told me they were on a truck and out for delivery. Keep in mind this was already almost 9 hours later. I called my gf to see if she had received any flowers and she said they had just called and said they would be delivered today (15 Feb) It is now already almost 3pm still no delivery. When I called them a few hours ago just to check on the status of the delivery of the flowers they were... "Out for delivery" Its more than rediculous that they are charging someone over $100 for a flower delivery service that isnt taking place. I called these flowers in 29 hours ago. I called the flower shop yet again and had no help from the people working there, I was told to call back in an hour so I could speak to the Manager. Bottom line .. not good customer service and def not worth the money you put into their business.
