Ordered flowers from Iowa for delivery 2-3 days before Christmas. Picture on website and what was delivered were quite different. The arrangement was missing several key components and had half the flowers. The worst part as they did not respond to the email I sent to discuss...at least they haven't yet and it's been business days. I guess I should have ordered through 800flowers or FTD to ensure the product would be what was represented. In fairness, they were quick, delivering on the same day, but would rather have waited a day to get what I ordered.

My client received delivery of an orchid as a gift. The gifter was charged $100 for a half bloomed out, straggly phalaenopsis Worse, when the receiver of the gift called to complain the clerk stated that "it looked ok to her, and all of the orchids I have look like that". She said she would send someone to pick it up. Never did. The client had to call again and was told that if she wanted to return the orchid there would be a $12 fee. Ridiculous. Horrible service. Go buy a far superior orchid for $15.00 at Fresh Market instead.
