Extremely small sites. We couldn't get our 35 ft Motor home into the space. We went North about 0.4 mi and found a roomier park.

Quiet and clean. A little further out of the city than we would have liked but management was extremely helpful as we where visiting from overseas. Friendly long-term tenants.

Lots of permanent residents here that are a bit towards the "hoarder" spectrum.  Check-in was easy and people are nice.   Very close to the GG bridge.   Trader Joe's and Bev-mo are walking distance.   Bathrooms,  showers and laundry are nice.  Spaces aren't level and are close together so putting out your awning is a no go.   WiFi is pretty horrible but    cell service is fine.

Very nice park with good bathrooms and laundry with friendly managers.  Located in wonderful place to walk or bike along Corte Madeira marsh and in pretty Larkspur.  Bus stop and ferries to San Francisco and we have been several times.  Recommend for Bay Area and friendly tenants as well.
