Disappointed with the new "pay 2$ to leave your jacket hanging or come in without a jacket". Where did this this trend come from? The seat at this restaurant is already over hundred of dollars, why are we paying MORE. By the way, it's winter so it gives me no choice but to jog in my heels to the end of the parking lot to grab my jacket. Of course I wasn't allowed to bring in the jacket even after I told them specifically that I get cold. What's next? Paying extra money for using the bathroom?

We’ve been coming to Golden Gates for a long time as I grew up in the northeast. After a great revamp and awesome improvements in music and menu, the place is all of a sudden going downhill. Insomnia literally sucks. I think when we were there yesterday, the band just didn’t show. The music is worse. And the food... Russian food is not for everyone, but since I’ve known various menus and saw how they changed over the years, the food is at its worst currently. I don’t even know if they have an actual chef in the kitchen right now. Not what it used to be, and it’s very disappointing.

Always does an outstanding job with the many events we have had throughout the years. Great food and exceeds my expectations with the accommodations they provided. Thank you so much! Best place to have a party!

Food needs major facelift.  Marinated mushrooms instead of fresh in dishes, fruits with mold, oversalted meat.  Maximum
people squeezed into the space.
