This place was okay mostly because of location. The staff we met when we arrived were great. It is an older Park. We were in a location close to the office which has a kennel next door. Dogs bark continuously. If you were further away then we were it probably would not be a problem.

An absolute rip-off.  We were not even told how to find our site and were misled until we had to find it on our own..  30 amp was all that was available and it wasn't even enough to make coffee.  Old, beat-up, run-down rv's everywhere, barely enough room for our rv .  Only game in town, and for $45 a nite, we are disgusted.

For what it is, the services were good, clean bathrooms and good laundry facilities. Wish they had intetnet, the only camping/rv park we gave been who did not have Internet connection.

Just another trailer park, but it's clean and I didn't hear alot of noise. Convenience store right there and just far enough from downtown to be on the edge of the front range.
