PROS: Clean, Quiet, Pet Friendly, Amenities (pool, spa, laundry, propane refills, dump station, bath house) CONS: Cost is outrageous ($2k+ during peak months), can't have propane tanks sitting outside (must be secured inside camper), no rugs, no camp fires, no wood or charcoal grills, no refunds. This place is run like a Nazi camp, if you want to do it your chances are good that they won't allow it, no after hour service in case of emergencies. This place has a list of NO's as long as our RV. Stay here if you have to, but you wont want to shell out the clams they require when you can't do half of the stuff you want when it comes to camping. Staff doesn't care about your personal issues, this is strictly a business and they treat you like a customer, not a camper who is looking for a relaxing stay. Double check with the office anytime you want to do something, or you will have a notice on your door and possibly be asked to leave....with no refund. I have never been treated like this at any other RV park.

The most expensive place I have stayed. Parking spots are small. The place is actually pretty decent but overpriced. $479 A week

All things considered, I'm happy about my stay. It was expensive but it was clean and quiet. I stayed there from July until October of 2017. I'm not happy about what they are charging (about $1500 a month for back in), but the park ran pretty smoothly. You have to have reservations, and perhaps many months in advance (I booked in April in person). Jeanne was the one to get help from..the spreadsheet that they use to book is something to behold and she helped make sure that the one time I had to move from my original spot was my only time. The showers were clean, the pool and hot tub were kept well. The managers have changed now but I believe that the owner is around a lot to make sure the standard is held. Keep in mind that if you run into a rough spot with them, try to figure out who is the most knowledgeable (for me that was Jeanne, I don't know who their expert is at this point...maybe she'll be back?). There is an issue with the dryers that they are only set to about 30 minutes and so the clothes come out semi damp, hopefully they take care of that soon since I don't remember having that problem when I first moved there. (I mostly used my rv washer/dryer.). I'd stay there again, but only in a major pinch because of the cost but can recommend it for its upkeep and quiet!

It's a nice place to camp in town. Sells propane and can dump for $15 If not camping. Close to red rocks and other golden attractions.

Nice park with full amenities. Close to connecting highways to get around the West side.
