This place is located in the rear of the City Water & Sewer Dept. Giving it a 3 because of location. Seemed pretty safe as they have local police that were patrolling the clear creek trail regularly. It is close to downtown Golden though. Spots are very close together. Very expensive. It is well maintained with Full Hookups and they also have a very clean shower facility. The tubing river behind it is cool, but was unusable while we stayed here last June 2017.

This is a unique fantastic Hidden Gem of golden Colorado, it borders Clear Creek river which flows downtown Golden and has a walking path right next to it easy access to downtown and you are hidden from the view of downtown a major road and a community park but you're within walking distance overnight rates can be a little steep Extended Stays can be quite expensive in your RV, trailer within blocks of downtown Golden is priceless. Sounds all night made it an enjoyable stay. This is and there are 35 to 40 spots available so you may need to reserve your months if not a year in advance

Clean facilities. Owners concerned about safety and ensuring a comfortable stay. Lovely setting with trails and river right beside the campground with easy access. Met many nice campers while staying.

Beautiful part of town and just needed a spot to sleep before hitting the road in the morning. Back in spots are a little tight and the bathrooms really need updated but over all great for your money.
