Mission

To provide quality rehab services to all patients. It is our goal to increase the patient's optimum level of functional status following disability or illness. The goal is always to assist the patients to attain their highest level of functioning. Services will be delivered in such a manner that the patients retain their dignity and self-esteem. The interdisciplinary team will be charged with assuring that each patient has an individualized plan of care and that contains specific goals of treatment and will also assure that treatment goals are appropriate and that treatment is professionally delivered. Frequent reassessments will be conducted on a regular basis to monitor the patient's progress and to revise treatment goals as necessary.
