This is my second time going to Golden Passport to take my passport photo (renewal) and it will certainly not be my last. They are very fast, efficient and prepared! The guy even gave me a passport application to fill out, a priority mail envelope, information about the fee amount etc. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. And the great thing is that US post office is accross the steeet so I mailed out my passport application with my new pic promptly!

Great little humble place to get your stuff done, family owned small business, Not a faceless big chain ! Nice people!

It was the worst experience, minus how small & cluttered it is . I came in for fingerprints & called before to confirm if they're able to do it the answer was yes So came in & was told the fingerprints are not available due to mother absence I was devastate & disturb only because that was my last option until Tuesday but really is a terrible place

I came here to get my fingerprints done. The lady with the glasses in the front desk was absolutely rude! She yelled at me when I asked her about getting a receipt afterwards. She caught a real nasty attitude and refused to help me. This is the second time I came here and was treated in this manner. While waiting to be served I noticed she is this way with other customers that come in. No one deserves to be treated like this. I would not have spent the time or energy to write this review because I could be doing other productive things. However I feel I should have been treated better. More like a human being. This place does not have a clue how to treat their customers. There are many other places in Ft. Lauderdale to get fingerprints and passport photos. I would not recommend this place and advise to spend your money somewhere else!
