Worst place ever, the miserable employee in there are not helpful at all.... no type of customer service offer. You might as well go online

I arrived about 30-40 minutes before they opened on a Wednesday morning and there were at least 20 people ahead of me. I was out at 9:12 a.m. Latavia was friendly and got me on my way. I did not have an appointment. They have plenty of people to handle the load. The only letdown is that you have to wait for the car in the mail. BTW, this is a federal building so leave your knives and guns in the car or at home. Also make sure that you go onto the SSA site to see what you need to have before you go and wait for nothing.

I went to this location twice for a name change to be reflected in ss office records. it seemd staff is not trained well. they were not sure of what exactly need or. next time went with more documents then  they tole me some other reasons. explanation did not make sense.  For example: court document i had was original copy that i personally obtained from court but they told me its not. its just a photo copy.
