I have eaten here many times.  There is usually a 15-20 minute wait.  Some of the food is very good but there seems to be an issue with consistency.  Unfortunately, the staff is not friendly, especially the hostess.  Wait staff focus on tables with more than a single diner.  Will not go there again because of rude staff.  They seem to have forgotten they all have jobs because of the customers.  All in all, the food at times is good but other times not so good and customer service is severely lacking.

Food was cold by the time it was all served.  Service was poor at best.  Corn cakes were very dry.  Between Good Earth and the extra long wait at I stay away from Richfield for food.

My favorite kind of restaurant is one where I can eat past the point of being full without that awful sluggish feeling afterwards. I have eaten at Good Earth twice, and both times I left feeling happy, full, and energized. Especially in these cold winter months, if you are looking for a cozy spot to enjoy fresh, tasty food, I can’t recommend Good Earth enough.

I have never been disappointed with their food. Also their service is nice too. I love how their monthly specials rotate for amazing value.

Was so looking forward to October and being able to order the wonderful Harvest Wrap once again. Today placed order and was told this item had a new name, Autumn Wrap, and was for the most part like the previous menu item just using a different yam base.  We ordered 2 of them and brought them home to enjoy. Unfortunately, they were awful!!  No way are they as good as the previous -- cubed turkey and a few cubed yam inside  - no pumpkin wrap ..... just BAD all the way around!  Neither of us even finished our wrap. Very, very disappointed!!!
