I have been attempting to contact the general manager of the store to fix a cashier error that charged me $30 too much for 3 days now. I work at the mall next door and usually love going here for lunch, but this has been extremely annoying process for me to deal with when the mistake was made by the employee. I know the store is open today, I've put through about 12 calls and I'm getting ignored. What the hell is going on, Taco Bell?

Was skeptical at first since Google Maps says that "Reservations are Required" at this Taco Bell. I know that this particular Taco Bell is in Edina but I didn't think you would need reservations even at Taco Bell! But I decided to try my luck to see if I could get in without needing one. Sure it was busy but I definitely didn't need a reservation which was good cause I really just wanted to get some cruchwrap supremes! 5/5 great service but they should try and fix that part about needing reservations. Please see attached photos.

Fantastic service. Everyone is very hard working and we got our food right away! Also, extremely nice employees.

Ordered sausage breakfast burritos which ended up being super thin, mostly tortilla with a little cheese sauce. Very little scrambled egg. The "sausage burrito" barely qualified as such-- only had about 1/6 of a cut sausage patty found at the very end of the burrito-- all four we ordered were made this way. I've never experienced such poor quality from a Taco Bell, pretty disappointing.

Waited 10 min in drive thru line, so I parked a d went inside. Total confusion. Everyone returning wrong orders. Waited 15 min with no food. Asked for money back. Took them 5 min to figure that out. A nightmare. Went next door to McDonald's and got my food in under 2 minutes. On a Friday, staff your goddamn restaurant properly.
