The soup was great, but the main course and the waiter were lacking. He was very nice, however my bf asked him for a half portion instead of a full one on the second plate of his "never ending" dinner, the waiter said it would take about 3-4 minutes to cook it and he never brought it! He did bring us our check though so we paid and left. How do you stand there and listen to someone describing to you how they would like something, tell them it would be a few minutes, and then not even bring it? The entire waitstaff for the evening was lacking. We had pressed the call server button and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show up. Everyone walking by saw the console blinking and never stopped.

Very good food. The endless bread sticks and salad were good as always. Quick service and friendly and attentive staff. Very good with small children. Prices are reasonable.

We picked up a very large order for my brother in laws wedding. We showed up a little early and they were still finishing up the food, which was perfect. Everything was hot and set to go. Well organized and easy, I would do this again in a heartbeat. Great job Olive Garden!

Food quality is good but my waitress was relying on her looks instead of her abilities to deliver a great customer experience. Sometimes just writing things down can help get an order correct. Checking on your customer helps too; not just when the bill is presented. By the way, make sure the bill is correct. If it's wrong, don't stand there and argue, just fix it. Offering a free desert is nice but saying, "I'm not paying for it" takes away from the sincerity of the gesture.

After 3 visits over 5 years in the area, I have decided I will not order a pasta dish from this restaurant again. It's always gross, or cold or something. This last time I asked the server to throw it away as soon as I saw it. I gave it a taste and saw it wasn't fresh at all. She offered to make me a new one and I refused. Instead of taking it off the bill, they asked if anyone else wanted it. My mom got awkward and said she would take the remake to go. Pretty shocking.
