Pros:

Great staff, friendly helpful and courteous

Cons:

Staff does not arrive on time for its opening in the morning. 

Too many mornings during the week when man cannot go into the weight room and work out because it's restricted to overall female use of the gym floor and the weight room why can't it be co-ed in the weight room.

I know that these activities are for pay by third-party instructors.

What as a senior why should this impact my ability to use a gym when I want to instead I have to work around their schedule because third parties are receiving a a fee.

My son goes to pre-k daycare there and the staff are great.  He loves and I feel good knowing he's in safe place where he can learn and grow while making friends.
