The manager is Racist. I got bit by bed bugs on 2 separate occasions. The 2nd time we asked for a refund and because of that, they put our name on their do not rent list. We all had a discount rate for the room, this was yesterday 10/14/17, they were booked and we had a reservation. Because we had a discount rate and they wanted to rent the room full price, they told us that we could not check in with our Green card, A federal issued I.D. So we called the customer service number and spoke to a manager who called the In and told them they cannot do that. One of the Indian staff members had made some racist remark calling us "These type of People". Im confused because we're hard working Americans. The Rooms are dirty and old with mildew and rust stains. They over charge you for the dirty rooms!

It's a little tricky to get to it you're not familiar with the area. It's a quick turn in. Accommodations are what you would expect for a budget hotel. Nothing fancy at all, simply adequate.

I have never given a review, but this is the worst place we've ever stayed at. We got a non-smoking, king size bed room and as soon as we walked in, it reeked. When we inspected the sheets, they were full of stains and cigarette burns. We opened the microwave to find an old plate of Chinese food which had caused the horrible smell in the room, (in addition to the cigarette smell.) We asked to be moved to another room and were given a queen size bed with no microwave or refrigerator. The smell of cigarette was also very strong in this room. As I was a housekeeper for some years, I began to clean the room only to find how disgusting this room was. There was also a piece of a blunt on one of the side tables. I understand this is not a 5-star hotel, but as a housekeeper myself, I really cannot believe the things these people will get away with. There seems to be no effort at all to keep this place decent. Although we only came here because it was the only place that would accept a 20 year old, (every place I booked required us to be 21) I will never again stay here. Definitely do not recommend it.

Wow, this place is horrible. It's says 100% no smoking all over the place, but as soon as you open the hotel door for your room a wall of cigarette smoke hits you hard. The bathroom is so worn out, it makes uncomfortable to use. The chair in this place is falling apart. The AC, is at 60 and blowing hard, but it feels like 90% degrees in the room. Don't stay here. Spend an extra $30 and get at a better hotel. To me this is a motel! We're paying $100 a night.
