He should change his business name to GREAT PLUMBER!  Mark came by the house and assessed a plumbing issue I had and was great. He thoroughly investigated my issue and saw that the issue did not require plumbing fix. He did not charge me a dime for coming out and spending a good 1/2 hour or more at my house. Now that is service. He is very knowledgeable and detailed. The Good Plumber will by my 1st call plumber from here on out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

He really went above and beyond!  The plumber came the very next day after we called.  He couldn't help with our leaky dishwasher since the problem was the pump, rather than a plumbing problem, but he was very thorough in making sure the problem wasn't a clogged pipe.  He also fixed our leaky shower head in just a few minutes.  He didn't charge anything for all of his work and consultation since he couldn't help with the dishwasher and the shower was a quick fix, and he was incredibly polite and helpful the whole way.  Next time I need a plumber I will absolutely call Good Plumber first.

Best experience dealing with anyone related to repairs in a very long time. We had him fix a leak (what I thought was one was actually two) about a year ago. I’m wanting some work done again, so I’m calling him again tomorrow. I would not use anyone else; he is very meticulous. He does things right (remember the old adage: “anything worth doing is worth doing right”?). I won’t even shop around, what he charges is what I’ll pay.  The price seemed very fair, but even if it isn’t I know I’ll never have to have it repaired again so it is worth it. Friendly, professional, and good at his job. It is very apparent that this tradesman takes great pride in his work. What more could you ask for?

I called to try and get on this plumber's schedule in the next couple of days and he said I can be there in 2 hours. I was pleased when he showed up in less than the quoted 2 hours. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to help me save some money by showing me a few steps I could do myself. 

Mark is a one man shop and that is a good thing. I was looking for a journeyman plumber that was sharp, honest and professional and Mark certainly exceeded my expectations. We had to run out to his truck so he could show me something and it was spotless, almost as clean as an ER at the hospital. 

I will definitely use Mark at Good Plumber again and you'd be foolish not to. Every dude wants to be able to tell his buddy..... "hey, I've got a guy...."..

Well, when it comes to plumbing, "I've got a guy."

Mark is one of those guys that really cares about his customers. He runs a very clean and organized operation. I would highly recommend Mark and The Good Plumber for any plumbing needs!
