The bread IS ALWAYS fresh, always soft. Best sub bread by far. Penny subs are what we get mostly The meat is tender, juicy and not too salty. Fresh ingredients and made to order, for sure. We have ate in, carried out and had delivery. There is no wrong way to go with them. Vegetarian options: They have a variety of fresh veggie choices. bread is all vegan, so as long as you selected only vegetarian or vegan toppings on your sandwich, this would be a vegetarian/vegan option
We prefer Goodcents over all the sandwich shops. Their bread is always soft and fresh. I also appreciate the fact that they slice the meat fresh every time too. The people that work there have been very friendly and accommodating.Food: 5/5
I went to one location and was told that they closed early and refused to take order . I asked for manager and was told they sold a big order and was told they could close early.at south location UGH .But then I called the north side location and told them if I payed over the phone I am in route may I get my order .Yes sorry to hear what happened. GREAT driving as quickly as I could legally .Arrived at the store and was told that they refunded my order and gave me the sandwich. The owner said to do this .THANK YOU ! Goodcents for your kind guster in this matter .I was soooo upsetting and you really may my holiday very special
Staff was not happy and when I asked about a tmobile discount which has never been an issue looked at me like I was stupid for asking. I'll keep with subway. If I could give a 0 I would.
Honestly the impression of this store is beyond terrible, I won’t go into full detail about my first encounter but know when I ordered… delivery took about 2 hours because they don’t have drivers anymore & have to send someone from doordash. Anyways fast forward to TODAY 1/28/22 the lady who was on the line to top my sandwich didn’t listen to ANYTHING I asked, she seemed very displeased & distracted. I asked for oil and vinegar & she squirts it ON the meat after being asked to put it ON the bread, she goes on to grab lettuce that I didn’t once ask for & I had to tell her TWICE I don’t want that, upon finishing up my atrocious sandwich I asked politely for it not to be cut its only an 8” sub.. and it’s cut. Everything was falling off & running due to how poorly she just threw everything together. I’ll never visit this location again.
The pot roast was really good. I'm told their garlic bread is "the bomb" and I need to go back and try it.
Good food at good prices. Family of 4 ate for $19.44 Clean tables, friendly staff, bathrooms are fairly yucky. The kids PB&J comes on a really cool bun.
Ordered 2 subs today for me and my fiancee both which was messed up. First there was no mayo on my sub which made it taste horrible, second the bread was so stale that it just fell apart, and third the ingredients were not fresh at all, and on my fiance's sub there was no spicy ranch, olives, or even cheese and it was supposed to be toasted but was cold to the touch with stale bread. We ordered online for in store pickup and didn't realize they was like that until we got home. Very disappointed we go here all the time but will not be back as we called and told the staff about the issues just so they know where they messed up and they said there's nothing they could do about it and the manager hung up on me.
I usually get sandwiches from there sometimes I get super to have it however it's been a while since I've even tried their pasta last time I tried it I was very disappointed with how they do it now it used to be really good and the last time I tried it wasn't s but however the sandwiches cannot be beat I love their sandwichesFood: 5/5
Worst place I've been to in springfield the old man was extremely rude ant acted like having a customer was an inconvenience. Bread was tough and sandwich was chewy
