We arrived at about 7 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022. I had just ordered nearly $40 worth of sandwiches, chips, drinks and cookies at Jimmy John's. We ordered using the app and picked up our order curbside. I forgot to ask for spicy peppers to be added to my sandwich so I ran inside and asked if I could have a small side of the spicy peppers to add to my sandwich since I had forgotten to add them. The woman working at the cash register would not let me have the spicy peppers. She said I had to order another item if I wanted the spicy peppers. She said she could not enter spicy peppers in her cash register alone. I asked if she would just hand me the spicy peppers without adding it in her cash register. She said she couldn't do that. So my husband had to go back inside and buy a bag of chips to get the spicy peppers. He tried to talk her into giving the peppers to him without ordering something and she refused. This seems like a pretty bizarre policy. I can't have the free peppers that are always free after I ordered $40 worth of items unless I buy another item? What in the world? When my husband went inside, after the woman refused to give him the peppers, she said, "It keeps people from........... long pause............ it's how we pay for things."  I had requested mayo packets and napkins, neither of which were included in our bag.  The sandwiches were good though.

The staff was friendly and understanding, however the sandwich was bleh. JJ is one of my favorites, but this sandwich left me disappointed. The bread was unusually hard, as if it had been sitting out for a couple of days it scraped my mouth unfortunately. And I was missing a meat on my 3-meat, and I was without peppers despite the sandwich including it. I am disappointed with this establishment.

Didn't even get my food because I go to pick it up and they can't accept 50 dollar bills! The total was 60 some dollars, your not breaking it, so don't know what BS policy this is but never again am I eating at any Jimmy Johns, waste my time ordering and waiting to be told my money isn't good enough to take...MONEY ALL SPENDS THE SAME!!!

Great subs, but I won't be back to this location. I've made so many trips here and the employees lock the doors before closing. It is frustrating to drive from Willard to order 5 or more subs for my family and my guests and it's 12-19 minutes before closing and the doors are already locked. Decided to leave a bad review after too many attempts like this over 2 years. Subway or Mr. Goodcents got the business instead many times. Don't come here if you're wanting a bite to eat and it's almost closing time. It's happened too many times and I thought maybe it was just a couple of employees closing early, but it's the theme here. I've seen other vehicles pull up before closingwhile we were deciding where else to eatand people try to walk in and they thrown their hands up confused as they should be. This is bad for business.

Got a veggie sandwich from online ordering and they didn’t do half of the sandwich. No mustard, no sauces, no seasonings. My ticket is right but the food is wrong. Also no option to communicate with the store other than to call and they don’t answer so unless I want to leave my work again to correct my sandwich you’re stuck with what you get. This is the only location I ever have issues with. It’s worth my time and money to drive across town to another location vs coming to this one

I have been going to Jimmy John's for lunch for a long time. About once a week at this location. I order the same sandwich each time. With no onion and extra hot peppers. Today the made it wrong. No sauce and extra hot peppers. I checked the order ticket when they handed me the sandwich. I told them the order was wrong. The order taker got super defensive and said he couldnt hear me, I needed to speak up when ordering. Talk about poor customer service and accusing attitude. He didnt say he couldn't hear me when I placed the order.  I guess I was in the wrong though. I probably won't go back. Good Cents is just around the corner. Good by Jimmy John's.

The service was great. The sandwich was missing the Dijon mustard. A bit dry

Good food but really slow delivery. Definitely not freaky fast. Not even fast. Not even on time. Still waiting for my lunch................ going to be stale by the time I get it. FINALLY arrived. Bread was hard as a rock. Couldn't chew it. It might double as a hammer though. I was really disappointed. Late lunch, then inedible so I got no lunch. Thanks Jimmy Johns.

Wow. Paid like $20 for a sub that was burnt and tasted like cigarettes. Thought I’d try jimmy John’s for the first time in a few years, but I guess I’ve learned from my mistake. Not buying from JJ again. Nothing but bad experiences.

Sandwiches were made to order perfectly. The person who took our order was either having a great day or is just a really upbeat person, but it was super enjoyable to interact with them. The wait was only about 3 minutes despite them having other customers and app orders to fulfill.
