Go to literally any other Subway. Any of them! Just not this one. My husband went in today before he had to head to work to get me lunch while I'm at work. He told the girl a BLT bacon, lettuce, tomato, since this isn't obvious apparently with JUST the bacon toasted, add mayo and cheese. I don't know if she heard just the bacon toasted and stopped listening, but the manager is insisting the girl made it correctly. There was no lettuce, no tomato, just bacon, cheese, and mayo. I got charged for a BLT, which is $7.09... which is a lot for a sandwich with no substance. The manager is no help whatsoever, saying I need to come in with the sandwich when I work past their closing time, my husband works past their closing time, and I'm not about to take a disgusting sandwich home with me and bring it back tomorrow. I have an infant and it already stinks after 4 hours being as it's just meat and cheese, I'm not gonna put my kid through riding with a stinky sandwich in the car. Props to your manager for sticking up for you, whoever made my sandwich, but it looks awful, and you need to listen better. I truly want you to know that. I loved Subway but this is ridiculous. Back to Jimmy John's.
Whoever was working there this afternoon, needs to be fired. Calling the cops on a mother and 4 year old daughter for eating at one of your tables is the opposite of customer service. She was having her car worked on and wanted something to eat and decided to get deli food. The person working was then rude and condescending. Once the cops came, they told the mother this was ridiculous and she was doing nothing wrong. So not only do they have bad service they also can't use their common sense to know this wasted police time. They also looked dirty.
My wife went in to get her and myself subs before she went to work. The 2 people working there were rude and unprofessional. I requested my bacon be chopped up due to me not having many teeth and the lady told the guy to just tear it in pieces. They kept giving my wife dirty looks and generally it was horrible customer service and that’s coming from a married couple who works in customer service.if we treated customers like that we wouldn’t have a job.
I'm not going to say much but this place will never actually accept a coupon so don't go with the BOGO50 are any promotion it's a phishing trick to get you in the storeFood: 3/5
The enthusiasm of my sandwich artist seriously made my day, right of the gate he was friendly and helpful. I usually dont talk but this guy got me talking all while efficiently respectin my time as a workin man. I was gonna order the tuna and i mentioned i had a date later and he recommended the turkey instead on account of it would land better if things got up close n personal ya know what im sayin. Shouts out to the spectacular sandwich artist, Thomas! Definitely gonna make sure to eat fresh on my way out the grocery store!
I was waiting for the store to open the manager of the store was cheese in the bread with no gloves on I even yelled at him gloves my friend and he said it's okay I'm only cheese in the bread it's going in the oven after this I will never be eating here again
Im use to eating subs from blimpies its a sub sandwhich resturant found out east im a trucker so ive eaten at several subsandwhich shoppes and none compare yo blimpiesFood: 3/5
Thomas D that works nights is absolutely AMAZING every time I stop by! Regardless of my order size or pickiness, he always has a smile on his face and treats me as more of a friend than a customer. It’s a very inclusive environment created by him as opposed to anywhere else. If you ever stop by at night, just now that you’re in for a great customer experience -David
I've been going on weekly shopping trips and get a sub and drink before or after I shop. Delicious and good service. Only problem is sometimes they're not open. I saw them listed as opening at 8 and went at that time once, but afterward, they weren't open until after 10 or 11. I know, it's unusual times, but at least a notice as to when they expect to be open would be nice.
Memorial Day was really busy. The assistant manger was by herself that day. She prepared at least 12 sandwiches before she got to the 3 I was ordering. She was quick but paid attention to every detail of my sandwiches and was very polite throughout. I give kudos to her. I think her name was Tierney. Thanks for such great food and fantastic customer service! God Bless!
