You can not miss when you visit Goodhearts. The service is beyond helpful and they are so attentive to your needs. The selection is outstanding, offering such unusual outfits but always have the standard items in stock..I am a grandmother of twins and it is my first stop when shopping for them!

Clothing selection lovely, but pricey with poor customer service.  After being a client for many years was "taken back" by the "sales girls" demeanor and reprimand after the knit hat (small size) did not fit my infant.  I clearly explained that my child was sleeping in the car (no problem at the time ) and I was uncertain that the hat would fit.  When I brought the hat back the "sales girl" told me if this happened again I would pay the $ 5.00 postage fee to return the hat....Goodhearts lost so much business....prior to this I shopped there for every special occasion.  I have never stepped foot back in the store...a store that customer service, in my opinion is not a top priority.  Goodhearts should look at the economy and reevaluate customer service....
