I adore Dr. Johnson. We’ve been going to her for 4 years and I couldn’t have better things to say about her. When I research and ask questions she will literally bring up the same studies I read. She always gets back with me, very informative while also respectful of what I choose for my kids. We saw one other physician before Dr. Johnson that I didn’t feel like was the best fit so I went to next on the list and I’m so glad we did. If one Dr doesn’t fit try another I have plenty of friends that go to many of the other drs here. Also the ladies that answer the front desk are always so kind and patient as well as the nurses. We love Goodlettsville Pediatrics! Thank you for all you do!
Dr Mishu is fantastic, but the front desk manager, Shannon, was terribly rude. Her customer service was so poor that it has made me rethink whether I want to be associated with this business anymore. The office manager needs to set policies and procedures in place that allow the front desk staff to communicate with their customers more clearly and concisely. I fear they have grown too large and have lost the personal touch that made them so special in the first place.
Love this pediatric office. My oldest daughter has been going here since she was one and my youngest daughter has been here since she has been born, Dr. Patterson came to see her in the hospital. They are great. We get in when my children need to be seen. Any medications, referrals, or paperwork needed they are always on top of it. All of the doctors are incredible. They also have a fast clinic if you have emergency as far as being sick that gets your child in quick as well. You should definitely bring your children here.
Dr. Patterson is my favorite doctor of all time. I wish she was mine. She is always so silly and interactive with my kids yet so encouraging to me as a mom with life stuff and making sure I’m taking care of myself too. Hearing her say “they’re perfect!” and “you’re doing a great job,” always helps me leave feeling good. I appreciate you more than you know, Dr. Patterson! All the staff additionally have always been kind and helpful.
Dr. Mishu has been an absolute godsend. I am so thankful that we found this office. The staff is so wonderful, the office is clean, and I have never waited for an appointment. They offer Saturday hours for sick patients and they are always able to get me in. We drive an hour + to take our child to this office because its worth it. We are moving out of TN and I wish I could take this office with me. I wish there was a 6 star option!
Dr. Mishu is our doctor, and she is one of the most compassionate, straight forward, and encouraging pediatricians I’ve ever met. Dr. Mishu is invested in her patients and takes ownership over these children in a way that makes me feel so safe and so advocated for, and so empowered When I’ve been in need of immediate or emergent appointments, I’ve always been seen quickly and kindly. Every doctor is wonderful. There’s so many things wrong with healthcare today, but Goodlettsville Pediatrics isn’t one of them.
I love the staff all around except one doctor in particular has me considering taking my children to another office. My son was seen by Dr Hunley over the weekend. I called today with a few questions. I called and left a message on the nurses line around 12:04pm. When a nurse was able to call me back at 4:49pm she stated that the doctor told her to inform me that the phones have been rolled and to call the office back the next morning! I feel that call was unnecessary and I do not blame the nurse at all, if she wasn’t going to answer my question then why bother to have the nurse call?! After this message I feel that I DO NOT want my children to ever be a patient of hers.
Dr. Johnson is the best pediatrician in Goodlettsville. Her strength is the ability to communicate well with parents and she clearly realizes that new parents need support to know how to effectively help their children. She treats you like an equal and I don't feel afraid to ask her anything. We enjoy the appointments and my daughter enjoyed her visit so well she didn't want to leave. Dr. Johnson is definitely in the right profession and making a difference for children and parents.
I’m so glad we switched to this practice. Dr. Mishu is a god send. She does not rush you at all. It might seem little but she even remembered us this last time we came in. That means so much to me. All the doctors we’ve seen here have been great.
Great doctors, but we miss Klara. Previously, you could call and talk to someone or chat with someone within a few minutes. Now, you leave messages on the phone or in the portal and it could take up to two days.
