Staff are always friendly and willing to help find items- Store is clean, isles free of clutter & clothes are (90%) in the right section for size. I love going in and just looking around- rotation of items is pretty fast. My tip- If you see something you like, get it or try and put a hold on it because most likely it won't be there the next time. I've picked up really great finds there.

Smaller location which puts it at a shortfall compared to the other Madison area locations. The store is well laid out and has a good supply of merchandise. I've noticed that the store is lacking on holiday merchandise as well.

The Goodwills in this city have really gone down hill.  The place is dirty, the merchandise scattered, no real attention to detail when it comes to display.  People working there don't seem to enjoy their work.  

If you want good thrift that's actually displayed in a clean, organized, coherent manner -- go to Vinnie's or Savers!

This is one of the nicest, cleanest Goodwills I have ever been too... And the merchandise is so nice and clean, very well priced as well. I travel up from Illinois just to shop here...

needs to lower prices. very expensive considering items are second hand. many prices are lower at walmart. feels grimy like dirty. poor selection of furniture and kitchenware. almost no clothing for real people sizes and larger sizes for men and women. needs to offer jewelry, not just in lots online.
