I placed a photo order on the 14th for same day pick up at the Fish Hatchery location, in which my mother arrived on the 15th to pick up. She was informed by the manager that the printer was broken and that we'd be called once the order was ready. I called on the 18th to check on the matter, and needing the order done so that I can mail the invitations in a timely manner. The printer was still broken and the order was cancelled after the Photo dept. said that they are unable to "transfer" to order to a capable Walgreens nearby. I placed the new order at the McKee Walgreens for same day pickup, and proceeded to contact customer service online, who directed me to call customer relations, who directed me to call the Fish Hatchery Walgreens manager- who provided zero resolution or accountability, assuming that we would need to handle this at the McKee Walgreens. As an already dissastified customer, having multiple customer service contact avenues is highly unhelpful and only adds frustration to the process. Very unprofessional and disrespectful knowing that these are invitations that need to be mailed.

I worked here for a short while and the main manager gossips to employees about other employees, and would use any opportunity to lecture me about something. She accused me of lying about something when I told the truth and made me apologize to her as if I would be sorry for something I didn't lie about. She seemed to enjoy making other employees feel bad and always seemed to be in a bad mood herself.

Just left the Fish Hatchery Rd Walgreens and wanted to let you know that the clerk, Emonie, made my day.  Walgreens employees are usually polite and helpful, but Emonie was cheerful, courteous and genuine.  And a wonderful, infectious smile.

I went there yesterday to do a return. As I was standing at the photo counter doing my return, another Walgreens employee was waiting to buy his Mountain Dew. We had a nice conversation and he commented on how cute my baby was. While we were talking the manager came over and asked the Walgreens employee to step away from me. He commented to the Walgreens employee that he shouldn't stand so close to me and give me my space. You see, this young man that I was having a very pleasant conversation with, had Down syndrome. In talking with him you wouldn't have even known. I felt very bad for the young man and it really ruined my day. I'm sure it also ruined his even more.
