SO, I have a few things to say about (who I believe is the manager). Whoever the lady is that is quite large with long blonde/white hair, pretty elderly and wears glasses. SHE IS A MEAN AND ROTTEN PERSON. My husband accidentally bumped into the fire alarm while trying on a jacket, his elbow hit the alarm, setting it off. He apologized directly to her and she ignored him. It was an accident. Firemen came and disarmed the alarm. She proceeded to go and talk to the firemen. When we went to tell the firemen what had happened, they said that she said that my husband pulled the alarm ON PURPOSE because he wanted to see what happened. ?! Insane!!!! We cleared things up with the policemen and firemen and they themselves believed us because it was the truth. All I have to say is that a business should not be ran by (I’m assuming a racist), lying, mean person. If she’s running a business she has to be prepared and ready to handle different situations. I hope she reads this, you mean horrible hag.

I went looking gor clothes & they charges me adult prices for kids clothes. They didn't give me the discount that they were supposed to. The color of the week was red and all of the items I brought up had a red tag. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes before the lady decided to call for back up. The screen for the register is pointed away from the customer so you can't see what they are charging you. You also cannot fix this because once you pay for your items there is no returns. This is a very bad way to do business. To keep prices hidden until it's too late. I am not the only person the store did this to. The lady in front of me had something charged incorrectly and didn't see it until the transaction was done and the recipt in hand and they told her that there was nothing they could do. This is how good will treats it's customers. Shame on you good will. I will not be going back. The salvation army is a much better place to go.

Overall this is a great store with a great selection of stuff. I find that the pricing is very reasonable for the simple fact it would be twice as much or more at any other major store for the same great quality items/clothes.As a local and a store regular i thought I'd give some helpful advice for Anyone who has any questions. Discounts are Every Monday is military discount Every Tuesday is senior discount both being 15% off Every Thursday is dollar day so whatever the color tag of the week is EVERYTHING in the store with that color tag is only $1!!!! What a deal right?! STORE HOURS Are as listed on the page The donation center drop off hours are Mon-fri 9am-6pm Sunday 10am-5pm

I walked into this goodwill this morning and I had asked the female manager if she could help me with a pair of little kids shoes that haven't been put into the books. She said I'll check, 20minutes later, I asked if someone could check up with the manager. I get an answer that they can't help and wasted my time.
