The selection is dismal I've found a few of nice things here but never have I encountered the last I did last night. We got there at 8:49 and knew time was limited but were speed shoppers, we know what we're looking for. As we approach the front door she's standing guard looking out and holding on a conversation with an unseen person. We enter do we get a greeting? NO! She's barking, "Ya got 5min!" No problem I'm off like a bullet. Making my rounds as usual no goods this time I leave at 8:56 and she locked the door behind me please note the posted hours 9pm-9pm. I mean your already acting as a warden to your customers what's 4 more min ties of doing time? UPDATE: 9/5/16 8:48 PM The woman I have pictures of here just locked the doors again before closing and in the faces of me and other customers. I understand wanting to leave work but unfortunately that's why you have a job CUSTOMERS. Also I am a fast shopper so 12 min. Is more than enough time for me. Not only does she close the place early daily, I'm guessing, but she is rude no matter what time of day your there. I'M DONE with this location

It seems many items have become a bit pricier than expected. The lady behind the cash register was a bit flustered with one particular customer, who I admit was a bit needy, and the associate made her irritation with the customer quite obvious and then the customer made it obvious she was not pleased by the sour faces, slamming items, etc by voicing her anger at how the associate was acting. Anyway, can't win em' all, but otherwise the location is about as expected with any typical, average Goodwill. There are resale items for sale. Some are okay, others not okay. It's a matter of looking and finding that which satisfies the heart and the pocketbook.

After some issues with the store return policy, Von, the store manager, was beyond wonderful and helped me to the best of his ability to resolve my issue. I came upset and left very happy. Thank you Von! I will definitely be back!
