I think it is ridiculous that games sell for $1.99 whether they are complete or not. I had bought a "Clue board game" previously, and it was missing some weapons and cards. I saw another Clue game last time I was in Kearney and took it to the counter & asked if I could open it while they watched me. It was missing 3 weapons, 3 tokens, and a card. I asked if they could sell it for 99 cents so I could complete the game I had previously bought. I was told they couldn't change the price once it was on the floor and said they would have to take it to the back room...I suppose to throw away. I asked if they couldn't ask someone in charge if the price could be changed, as I really wanted to complete my Clue game and was told, "No". That is really upsetting as I purchase items from Goodwill everytime in in Kearney. Plus, I donate nice items every year.  I think it is very inconsiderate of them not able to mark the game to .99 since it wasn't complete, and the one I had previously purchased at regular price wasn't complete.

I will no longer donate items to Goodwill and don't plan to shop there regularly like I have in the past!

worse store ever. i am out money because the guys loading stuff broke the dresser and i said wait as he was loading and he didnt and shoved it in any way and now I am stuck with a dresser that has fallen apart and out of money. I am on a limited income and now screwed out of it.

I love the philosophy behind Goodwill. The Kearney, NE store is clean, organized and friendly. My only complaint is that I don't live close enough to shop more frequently.
