The store offers great customer-service! I live out of town but always travel to Lexington because I know I will get taken care of. Recently went in to upgrade my phone Justin helped me and did a great job!Making the transition to my new phone painless. I highly recommend this store !!

We are busy because of the great service we provide, but you never have to wait in line if you set up an appointment using our app. However we hear you we are hiring more staff to help suit your needs!

These people tried to con Me out of my unlimited data on a device payment plan saying I will lose it with with the upgrade when my brother upgraded his line the week before and is unlimited still. We're on a family plan and been with Verizon for over 20 years. They then said it doesn't matter cause in Feb were getting kicked off unlimited data anyways so just go ahead and upgrade today. I said no I'm just gonna pay full price for the phone. They refused to sell it to me. Beware of these shady people
