I’d like to thank Mark for his help last nite when I was at the store. I had locked my purse, keys and wallet in my car. I was right on the edge of hysteria, but, Mark’s smile and calm professionalism helped to keep that at bay. He knew just what to do. He called a locksmith, and allowed them to call me back on the store line to confirm my appointment. Thank you, Mark!

Great job, Goodwill, exploiting the disabled, non-natives, and the poor! As your prices keep getting higher and higher, you become more greedy by the day. Your training programs are an excuse for money laundering. Good job in tax evasion: get stuff donated to you for free, make huge profits, and register yourself as a non-profit to pay no taxes.

Place is huge and full of great finds for anything you might need. Many people frequent this place so it might look dirty at times, but what do you expect there is so much going on at any given time. Did I mention that this place is huge? Staff is friendly and will help you if you need assistance.

This is one of the larger goodwills in the area and so has a large selection. Certain things you can count on finding here and when the price is half off it’s worth it. Otherwise you are probably better off going to a discount shop like Ross or a used book store or whatever. Goodwill seems to have gotten into the hands of corporate minded managers whose goal is to maximize profits at your expense. It’s too bad as they provide a public service with affordable prices and with the cost of living so high in Seattle it’s a needed service. Goodwill is technically a nonprofit and obviously they get all their stuff free so what are they doing with all that extra money? I’d like to think they were raising wages substantially cause at theses prices they can afford to buy seriously I doubt it. Whose pockets are we lining by paying high as new stuff prices??
