I love the styles here, but I can only afford the low end of the spectrum.  Nonetheless, I've never been treated with anything less than respect.   Michael was particularly wonderful.  He was knowledgeable in the products, helpful in navigating the styles, and totally hospitable to me and my family.  I'll be back.

Customer service is one star, quality of the clothing is questionable. Just because the price is sky high doesn't mean it's quality or they will "make it right" when things go wrong, which they will.

I've had some 5-star experiences, but more recently they've been 3-star experiences. The last time I was there, there weren't any jewelry employees there to help me, and 3 employees were goofing off and being catty.
