My experiences with Goodwill have been blah til I came here. I scored some vintage flannels not 1 or 2 a dozen I was stoked! The clothing prices are reasonable and there is good finds here! Highly recommend

Last night, 11/30/17 I and my grandchildren went to goodwill, we love to go there even if its just to look around. This store has very rude people working there, they get mad at customers. Your cash registers need to show what is being rung up. I had quiet the experience of bejng treated very rude and other customers jyst watched as DARIA, i couldnt see the other part of her name, yanks the receipt right out of my sons hand. I know you can look back at your camera to see this. She rang somethings up for alot more than what the store charges and had baby items on there that I did not purchase. I checked the receipt when I got home as i could not see as she rang them up.. I and my son, returned these items to explain to this rude person, she literally was aggressive! When we brought this to her attention she was very angry! She reachs over the counter yanks the receipt out of my sons handm he is 21 and in college taking paralegal studies,  She picks the items up shakes them and says THESE ARE SLIPPERS! Like we are stupid! Lady these are socks and new they are $1 a pair.. she says WANT TO COME BEHIND HERE TO SEE? I have been shopping at Goodwill longer than you been working here! She calls the manager, and you know who you are, i didnt get her name. She starts adding items up and we tell her the mistake the lady made and how we was treated  and she was very rude, because she is the manager. She says look here and shows us their policy for returns, im understanding that but looking for a policy on the rudeness that this lady showed us.. I tell the manager, WHAT ABOUT THIS LADY AND HOW WE WAS TREATED? The manager says WELL WE WORK ALL DAY AND WE ARE TIRED! I told her THATS NOT AN EXCUSE OR MY FAULT FOR THE WAY THIS LADY ACTED! LOOK AT YOUR CAMERA YOU'LL SEE WHAT SHE DID! The manager says YOU CAN CALL OUR MAIN OFFICE IN CHEYENNE AND COMPLAIN TO THEM! I said I WILL AND SON GET THIS LADIES NAME.. she had her tag covered and we only got part if it and the manager walked away mumbling! AND NEVER GAVE ME THE NUMBER IN CHEYENNE..

Service was lacking and prices are high. Used to be my favorite thrift store.

This place was just okay. There is plenty to choose from if you have the patience for digging, but Furniture is a jumbled mess and good luck getting any help. I felt that some of the prices were a bit high as well, and there is no negotiating.

Absolutely amazing place. I've donated countless items to them, plus there is a huge variety of everything there. I bought my wedding dress there for $4. Love it!!!
