Wish I could give less then 1 star went into this plains location 12/14/17. Pulled up the tires I wanted on their website which said 3 to 5 days and that they would have to be ordered in which I was fine with. The three guys at the counters didn't even look the tires up or try to order them just told me it would take 1 1/2 months to get them. So I left and went to plains tire down town location.  Took me 5 minutes to order the tires and 4 days later they are at the tire shop waiting for me to have them installed, they had them in stock at a different location I wonder why plains tire east couldn't look that up?? Will never step foot in the east location again.

Stopped in today because my tire was flat, from start to finish I was there for only 15 minutes! Robert was extremely friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff. I was also able to watch my car be serviced and the care they took with my car. To top it off the repair to my tire valve was at no cost! Extremely satisfied with the service.

I needed my oil changed and tires rotated for a trip back to DC. I had only commercial driving business back east to that point. I had nobody with personal vehicle travel experience back that way to ask suggestions for whatever might come up in ways of service or repair. Mike had the entire vehicle looked over, oil changed and the tires rotated. I was charged for the oil change. He assured me I was good to go. With the way he represented that place of business, I was comfortable with it all and I put 4500 miles on the vehicle on that trip. 
I watched the way they treated other customers during that visit and the return visit just yesterday. They treat all of us customers like they not only need our business, but like they appreciate us. That you folks so much for making it way worth the time and effort spent giving this very positive review.

Had a blow out this weekend on my way home from Denver to Billings.  Robert Marsh got me right in, found the correct tire and had me on the road in less than 40 minutes.  great service.  great people.  great place
