Eastern Washington Angler: December 29, 2016 was the first time I logged onto the Platte River Fly Shop website to place an order. I was very satisfied with this first time experience. However since then I have placed eight additional online orders, the most recent May 1st. Miss Jeri and Trish in the Customer Service Dept. were very pleasant, professional and most of all, helpful. Once again this was a refreshing and effortless experience. Thank you Platte River Fly Shop for another quality product, competitive pricing, incentive discounts and expeditious delivery. I recommend anyone reading this review to consider giving this fly shop consideration for your next online shopping experience, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent staff and guides! I did a full day with Will and he was superb. The fishing was very good, too. If you are planning a float fishing trip, look no further. I will be back!

It is a great Fly Shop everything you could possibly need is here except the boat. They have guided trips and the staff is wonderful.

Best customer service of any fly shop I have ever worked with! Super fast shipping and great sales. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If they don't have something in stock, they will go out of their way to get it for you. Will not be taking my business to any other fly shop!

Best FLY shop around. It's always easy to find exactly what I'm looking for, and the staff has the knowledge to help get exactly what I need. They have a huge selection of items, which makes Christmas shopping for my hubby easy!! I would highly recommend checking them out!
