Very friendly,knowledgeable  employees, all who bend over backwards to help you to get what you need done! I only use Goodyear for my car repairs.They also have credit available for really high price repairs.They are a Godsend..!!

Morons! Could not perform a simple tire repair when I described where the air was leaking out!  That is why I brought it to a GoodYear TIRE store. Apparently, stupid Steve cannot read a work order because it instructed: to change the valve stem while the tire was broken down, where the hole was in the tire, and to X-rotate the tires. All three ignored! I will not allow this idiot to touch another one of my vehicles. If I performed my job this poorly, out of sheer embarrassment, I would immediately do anything necessary to make it right. I waited a week for a scheduled service, returned later with the same tire leak, and was told to wait another week and fill the tire daily. Not easy with an 80 psi tire! If I wanted idiots working on my tires I would go to W@11m@*+ or the club.

Ryan is awesome one of the best Mechanics Ive came in contact with when getting my vehicle looked at. He helped me find the best price on tires for my vehicle  and let me know during an Oil Change a couple other things that needed to be done. He was very through!  I have recommended Goodyear to all of my friends.

Under educated. Couldnt figure out alignment. And also wanted to charge 50 dollars a side to put in more adjustable camber bolts that would have been loose and ready to come out in first place. Do not recommend. If it wasnt an emergency alignment needed i would not have come at all.

Helpful and knowlagable staff, quick in and out service. They replaced our engine. We don't have any complaints..
