I am new to the area and had a transmission go out. Had no idea who to call. After calling Jims and speaking to them I was very impressed with their honesty. Customer service, in my opinion, is unmatched. Extremely happy with them and highly recommend.

Jim and Son's has worked on quite a few of my personal vehicles and I am always ecstatic with how I am treated every time. Wayne goes above and beyond to explain the issues and resolve them quickly. Whether its a clutch replacement or a full rebuild, Jim and Sons will take care of you like you're a part of the family!

I had my tranmission rebuild they did a great job. Wayne walked me through it and called me everyday for 4 days it took plus gave me a car to rent for $22.50 a day. These people know there job. I have to take my car back in two weeks just to make sure all is well with it. Plus a 2 year warranty.  Thank you for helping a widow out because what I miss most about my husband is making decisions about my car.  So it great these guys stepped in I felt like I could trust them.
