Nice people and so far, so good. No issues and this is the first place I have ever taken my 9 year old Forrester besides the dealer. The dealer saw me coming in Vero Beach and these people are refreshing after the service manager at Dyer.

Super friendly, professional,  knowledgeable. I was told when I booked my appointment that it would take an hour and a half. I was in and out within the hour. I get a discount elsewhere but because of the experience, its worth paying the extra. Will definitely have my vehicle serviced here again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
First of all I was not at all, they lied about the price!! They miss quoted the price and forced me to pay $400 extra when I picked up my car. I feel cheated. They are dishonest sales men! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
 Unhappy with there service!!! The Tires that they put on Charger were dirty, Scrapped up, Strached up and they looked used!! There is paint on them and it looked unprofessional installed, and I paid more than expected. 
Second My rims got a lot dirtier after they installed the new tires. There was a lot of glue stuff on my rims. They said there was nothing they could do about it. 
Third the inside of my car became dirtier as well. My steering wheel have sticky stuff and markings on it as if someone with very dirty hands handled my car, which is my baby!
Next, They did not even put a floor mat, that is required, when servicing cars. To make matters worse I had some cash and a lighter in the car, which went missing after they serviced it. When I confronted them they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I know it's petty, but its about ethics. I can't really file a police report a missing $20. But it reflects their ethical standard! 
On Top of all of that they were very Rude, Eric the service provider, was condescending and mean. He just claimed that we could not blame them for any of the issues I listed above. 
On top of that he was rude to my mother and made her cry!

i went to this shop for oil change because of the coupon. during the oil change they saw a lot of issues with my car. i thought those issues were legit so i asked them to fix it. they changed the brake pads and the rotors. after just a week, while my wife was driving, she got dragged by the right front wheel off the road. i immediately called goodyear and they told me to bring the car to the shop. i had a tow truck bring the car since it was undrivable. they told me later that the bolt holding the calipers were broken. my argument was they were the ones working on the brakes, they removed the bolts, i suspected that they didn't put it properly. of course they countered with plenty of reasons and i just let it go but that was the last time i was there since i would never go back to that shop again. today, my wife complained about wobbling on the front tires again and the mechanic from a different shop told me that goodyear should have replaced the rubber hose feeding the hydraulic oil to the rotors too. in his words "shame on them".
