Even though I live nearly an hour away I went here because my mother told me that it was rated well by AARP and I had gone here before, however, they're quality has plummeted within the years. 

I took my car in for an inspection, oil change, rotation, balance,and realignment with specific instructions on how to rotate my tires due to uneven wear. The gentleman did not listen to me and did what he wanted causing me to make an additional trip in due to extreme shaking when driving, which thus made me leave an hour earlier for work (5am), and an hour late for a weekend getaway. 

But hey everyone has bad days and I didn't hold it against them, so I told my fiance to bring his car there for his inspection, brakes, and alignment/rotation. He made an appointment for 8am Friday, we dropped off the car before they opened, and planned to pick it up around 3:30pm after work. He received a call at 11:30 that they hadn't even begun working on it, and at 3:00 we were told that it should be ready by 4:30, and definitely done that night. We hung around Syracuse for about 1 hour then headed home figuring we wouldn't rush them and that we could grab it the next day. 

Well Friday there was a huge storm and a tree fell on our house - not their fault I get that - but instead of repairing and cleaning up we had to take 2 hours out of our day to get a car that should have been ready the day before. Oh and get this, when we called Saturday morning the car was still not ready! Why? because they were "looking for a noise" that we never asked them to look for. On top of that their excuse for the now day delay is that the wrong part came in 4-5 times. That is not MY problem. Go to auto zone and pick one up if your delivery service is so incredibly incompetent. 

But wait it gets better. When the car was finally ready around 2pm, the  agreed to bill, of $980, came to nearly $1500 for work that we were never made aware of and for things that they never did. They couldn't do the rotation for some reason but wanted to charge me for it, and they couldn't get the alignment right unless I paid another $400 dollars for parts, but why not do the entire suspension? After much debate, and being informed that I have a program that records all my cell phone conversations, the manager removed some of the additional charges. After all of this they had the gall to quote me for unnecessary new tires.

And to make the whole experience suck even more, today I discovered I have fluid leaking from the my car and leaving puddles everywhere. This has never happened, but I'm sure that with their searching for this mysterious noises that they did something. 

I would strongly recommend that no one goes to this place. Unless you need a light bulb changed in your head light, but who knows, you'll probably have to wait 4 days then your bumper will fall off and you'll be $500 poorer. 

On a side note: each time I talked with people they said something different, continually contradicting each other. Such as, you need to buy new wiper blades to pass inspection. Next guy, your car passed inspection with no issues. When asked about the wiper blades I was told they were fine and he had no idea what I was talking about. The only good thing at this place is the desk lady, Theresa. I hope the people at Goodyear understand how lucky they are to have her.

I needed advice for a minor problem with our family car. The manager was very kind to me with suggestions for me to save money. Regular shop prices but luckily for me his advise was spot on and did not need to even make an appointment. Will be back

If you go here for any work done on your vehicles no matter how big or small always Always ask for Brian to do the work! He is absolutely the best, so through, hard working and you can just tell he knows his stuff. So very pleased with his work and will never have another mechanic touch my car again.
