Just bought my first pair of redwings. The customer service at this store is excellent. Sizing of my feet and explanation of how my different sized feet should fit in the boots was thorough and enlightening. I tried on several boots and never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience to staff. I highly recommend this store and Jason to help you.

I bought a pair of redwings about a year ago for $230... I gotta say I am very disappointed in how they held up... Just about the same results as any basic 100 dollar pair of timberlands or wolverines have... I stopped wearing 2 months ago so the redwings lasted around 10 months working an average of 30 hours a week! Are you kidding me the soles are destroyed the upper held up decently and it didn't detatch from the sole I give credit where credit is due but the other main issue here is that they aren't very good at resisting water at all period! They become pretty water logged easily and once the water gets in it quite literally takes 2 says of sitting Inside to dry out which is absolutely ridiculous I tried to get a fair refund for the disappointment or at least for them to be fixed and was denied I explained for 230 dollars they should have held up better but he denied me and he said he happened to be wearing the same boots I brought in for 3 years and showed me his soles... Which were in decent shape but... Here's the thing he literally works inside a shoe store selling shoes my micheal Jordans soles are in good shape wearing them all the time because I only go to school and wear them casually so of course your boots are in good shape wearing them like that lol like come on now any basic sneaker could last that long casually wearing them like you are... No offense but I could quite literally buy a pair of 90 dollar wolverines and get about the same if not better quality boots.... There should be no reason 230 dollar boots are getting water logged nor should the soles be done in only 10 months of wearing.... PERIOD I mean if you work indoors these might hold up pretty well and last a long time because the upper leather is pretty damn durable not going to lie like I said i don't have a biased opinion and I do give credit where credit is due but if your working outside u better find urself a pair of boots with goretex lining in them because if you don't your problably going to have lots of problems and working frequently on asphalt/ pavement look for the thickest soles you can find the redwings are basic soles and there not as thick and the grooves arent as deep as they could be ovbiously rubber is rubber no sole cant last forever but there is room for improvement espessially considering the price

Employees seemed bothered and annoyed that I wanted to buy boots. Boots weren't in stock they wanted 30 dollars additional to ship them to my house. This on top of the 200.00 plus price tag. I love Red Wing boots but will never go here to buy boots again.

If you need work boots this is the only place to go!Needed to buy steel toe boots for my son for his new job...the staff is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of boots.They do a computer analysis of your feet for your size,arch, pressure points,etc... my son tried on a couple pairs & then tried a pair recommended by the staff based on his job description...he ended up buying the ones that were recommended!You cannot put a price on this kind of service! Oh yeah,& the staff is super friendly as well!
