I LOVE my doctor, Dr Tieman. She is always available to me, she takes the time to listen to my concerns, and takes them seriously. She follows up on visits I have with specialists and with tests I've had. She is a true coordinator of all my medical care, and I feel like she always knows what is going on with me. The office staff is also friendly and efficient.

The staff is very courteous and very professional. And they don't have a problem being friendly. The Nurses and the students are just very professional. I appreciated the fact that they really seem to care about you. Made for a good experience. And they have walk in hours that make it convenient.

The doctors that I always get and those who are no longer there were understanding. Dr Willis and Dr Gillette of whom I've recently seen, have been kind, courteous, thorough and understanding. They were very concern and helpful in helping me with my medical problem.

I have only been going here for a couple of months. However, in these couple of months I have been seen maybe 6 times do to medical/health emergencies. I will say when calling in to schedule an appointment is very difficult. I try to make sure I keep calm and speak clearly because they have no idea what some medical diagnosis is and why it's important at that time to be seen. I will say I love Stephanie and the older lady I believe she tells me every time I call she 73. They both are great schedulers and great when I go in. Now as for as the rest of the scheduling staff they can be a little rude and disrespectful. I have a lot of respect for nurse Lisa and all the other medical staff here. I love mrs. Dee as well and I'm not just saying that. She is very quick on responding. ( faster than I. And I work at a doctor office)

Dr. Rues is one in a million physicians. Takes his time discussing any problems, outlines solutions in an understandable way and is never in too big of a hurry to hear your story. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family physician.
