Waited for Dr. Fox for an hour. Patients with earlier appointments were still waiting. I left. Even though they allegedly validated my parking I still had to pay. Wasted two hours of my day. Avoid at all costs.

Anyone that has any appointments ever with Dr.Kelly Hendricks. I suggests that you show up atleast an hour to a hour and a half after your appointment time. I am here for atleast my 4th appointment he has always 2 hours behind at the least. I suggest you find another orthopedic surgeon if you want a doctor that really cares for his patients. This is ridiculous and just flat out rude. Very disrespectful to his patients. Seems he runs patients through his office like cows at a slaughterhouse

I only gave it a 1 because I could not give it any lower. My sister had back surgery, or should I say 3 back surgeries, because of the incompetence of the doctors there. 2 were covered by insurance and the 3rd was supposed to be covered by them. She has now been sent to collections and she is going to have to get an attorney.

Would like to express my deepest gratitude and application for the exelent care my wife received this week with her bilateral mastectomy even with a major snow storm we were treated with a deep respect I want to thank all the staff and volunteers from our hearts and may GOD bless each and every one of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
