We called initially and the staff was very helpful and even sent us samples. After placing an order, we waited one week without delivery to follow up on status of the delivery. I was told that it has not even been shipped yet and was told that they only ship orders out ONCE A WEEK on Fridays. I needed this order urgently for a customer and the original sales person said that since we were geographically close I could expect delivery in a few days. It does not say anywhere on their website that they only ship out once a week. If I had known, I would have made other arrangements. When I called, not only were they extremely rude and unapologetic, they were unhelpful and canceled the order without even trying to resolve the issue by express shipping the product to me. I would not recommend this company for any commercial business. Maybe this works for "hobbyists"/homeowners who don't have professional businesses to run as this one is clearly not run professionally.
