I am dumbfounded at how bad of an experience I had with Gorilla Carwash. I ordered a package of 3 car washes from their website for a bundle deal. I assumed the vouchers would be emailed to me so I could use them right away, but after I paid I found out they would actually be physically mailed. Annoying, but it was fine, until it was weeks later and they never showed up. I notified them politely, then I got a call back about it from a lady who was rude and didn't seem to believe me but she agreed to mail them "again" through certified mail. I did get this in the mail but it was only 2 vouchers and I paid for 3 (3 is the only number you can get on their website so it shouldn't be hard to get this right). I remained calm and called to let them know I only got 2. The same lady I talked to earlier picked up and was all out rude and doesn't believe me that I didn't get the right amount. She said she hand mailed it herself, and said she doesn't remember how many she put in, but knows it was "the right amount" and she then she literally stopped responding to me while I tried to ask more questions.  So in the end, I paid for 3 car washes and after over a month of waiting and dealing with a rude employee/manager, I have 2 car washes.

It's a car wash. They're mostly all the same. This one H has always had an attendant when I've gone though, so that's a positive. Right after a thaw, or in the heart of summer, expect to be here a while.

Protip. Don't let a drunk passenger throw up all over the side of your car and then try to run it through a car wash the next day and spring for the most expensive option thinking it will save you from having to clean it off yourself. Apparently they have a sealer that will lock it on tight and you'll hate your life.

Protip 2. Don't bother getting a wash right after the snow melts. It will just start snowing again fifteen minutes later. It's Nebraska.

Went through once no brushes just soap the guy made me go thru again and my car wasnt clean and it wasnt that dirty to begin with smh
