I recently moved to Delaware and had to switch pharmacies. Since this Walgreens was the closest to my house, this is where I chose. I kept my doctor's offices the same, however, my doctors seem to have trouble changing my preferred pharmacy. After multiple calls with Walgreens and my doctor's office, I finally got help from Sarita in the pharmacy. She was spectacularly helpful! She called my insurance company, my old pharmacy, and communicated with me. She was able to help me get the prescription that I need ready ASAP. She was so nice and helpful through all of the calls that she had to make and I am so grateful that I did not have to jump through all of those hoops. Thank you Sarita!

This is the Walgreens store I use for my prescriptions, shop at, etc. This particular store is absolutely wonderful. They are always efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. If an issue should arise with your prescription, doctor's office, and/or insurance (which it certainly has in my case, on more than one occasion ) they are ALWAYS on top of it. Whether it be requesting more info. from doctor's office, making a call, or sending a fax, they will take the time to meet your needs, and to answer any questions without making you feel like an inconvenience. Their pharmacy staff is great, as are their clerks. Always there to greet you, and always ready to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Overall experience = A+++

Has a good manager, and everywhere else in the store is fine. But the pharmacy is literally crap. I went in there today for prescriptions, the order was supposed to be done by 2, i got there at 1:45, they aren't done so I sit and wait. In a matter of an hour they talked to me once to make sure i've taken the medicine before. No reassurance that it'll be done soon, no I'm sorry for your wait. Just blank stares and I know the prescription was ready behind the desk before they even looked at me. I am Never using walgreens for medicine again

I'm from out of town and this pharmacy had that home town feel. Very refreshing.
