A fantastic storage facility. Truly helpful every time I go. The organization I have needs a lot of space and Gotham Storage has it.  They are very helpful, professional and are a very knowledgeable staff who will be able to give you exactly what you are looking for.

The elevators will take forever on the wrong day. Who knows, give yourself 10 extra minutes for it. There is usually parking In the lot or directly outside the business. If you have alot of belongings, it would be smart to be bring someone. You need a code and if the door closes, you have to wait your turn to go back to your floor. It's a hassle. The codes are dope. Can't exploit that on here but call check. Happy hunting.

I reviewed on YELP, but I was so happy with my experience, I felt the need to review here as well!
I am in the process of moving to New York & needed to find a place to store several things before beginning my move. I found Gotham through their reviews & thank goodness I did! Susan was SO INCREDIBLY helpful & patient in explaining the process, fees etc. I couldn't have been more relieved. The moving process will not officially begin until June, but I feel so much better knowing that Susan will be there at Gotham to help me! I also had the pleasure of speaking to Adam, the manager, & his kind & welcoming demeanor clinched my decision even more. I look forward to seeing Susan's friendly face when I go to rent my unit. Gotham should really treasure these employees (I'm sure others are great too, but these two really made an impression) because they have fantasies customer service & absolutely secured my decision to rent there!
